THE SOMATICWELL ACADEMY

The SomaticWell Academy provides an education platform for studying philosophical, psychological and scientific texts in relation with Somatic Practices.

Courses may either be directly related to Somatics,

or else particular literature may be approached through the lens of Somatic experience.

 

Somatic courses may be integrated with actual somatic lessons, for example, the Feldenkrais Method,

Neuro-Somatic Variations (NSV) and Dynamic Embodiment.

 

At present SomaticWell Academy Courses are not affiliated with any particular Somatic training or

Institute of Higher Learning.
